Colin’s extensive experience in all fields of bread and confectionery has already assisted bakeries in sub-Sahara Africa whilst he was an international trouble-shooter for a large grain milling company in South Africa.

This is one of Colin’s specialities – he was instrumental in developing a range of low-cost biscuit products specifically aimed at the lower income groups in South Africa.

He also developed a product for the South African Dried Fruit Board and was honoured by the C.E.O. of this company for his achievement
