Colin Jeffery has been in the bakery business for over 30 years.
He started his career at a small bakery in the north of England, during which time
he attended the local college and gained his full City and Guilds qualifications in
all disciplines.
He arrived in South Africa in 1971 and has had extensive experience ranging
from small bakeries to fully automatic plant bakeries in South Africa and Africa.
He has run his own business for eight years and has now decided to offer his services
on a consultancy basis.
